Broker Dashboard

The broker dashboard contains a list of orders that you have placed with different firms on Top Dog Appraisal. The order statuses are updated in real-time, and the assigned appraiser's contact information is available should you need to contact them.

Placing an order

To place an order with a firm, you have to know the firm's unique link or slug for placing orders. Usually, this can be found on the firm's website. It will look similar to this:

If you don't know which firm to place an order on

If you don't know which firm to place an order on, you can place it on the following URL and we will refer it to one of our partner firms with coverage across Canada. https://topdogappraisal.com/topdog

Make sure you have a broker account and are logged in. Once you visit the link, you will be redirected to the firm's order form. Fill out the form and an appraiser from that firm should be assigned shortly after.

If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to a login screen. Login with your broker account and you will be redirected to the firm's order form.

If you do not have an account yet, click "Sign up" to create one.

Placing another order with a firm

If you want to place another order with a firm you already have an active order with, click "Details" on the right of the table and click the Firm's name. This will bring you back to that firm's order page.
